Making nests for injured wildlife

Event Description
When young birds, chicks or ducklings come into care they need to be kept warm and quiet - WIRES (Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service) uses home-made nests for them. Come and join us to crochet these nests to donate to WIRES, a pattern for a knitted version is also available. Last year we donated 25 nests, how many can we make this year?
Materials are provided, but feel free to bring your crochet hooks or knitting needles and yarn (cotton or wool) from your stash.
