Join us at the Tamworth library to meet two of Australia's bestselling authors of crime!
JP Pomare’s new book The Gambler follows PI Vince Reid, who is offered a case he can’t refuse: Why did a respected local woman open fire at a political rally, killing a promising young university graduate? This is the start of JP’s first-ever series and his profile is on the rise with TV adaptastions on Stan with more in the works. He truly is your favourite crime author’s favourite crime author, with praise for his books from the likes of Dervla McTiernan, Ian Rankin, Michael Robotham, Benjamin Stevenson and more.
In Candice Fox’s upcoming novel Redbelly Crossing, two cop brothers hunt a killer while trying to outrun their shared past... Candice's novels Crimson Lake and Redemption Point were adapted into a major ABC TV series called Troppo. A meticulous researcher, Candice has interviewed a serial killer on Death Row, been to prison three times (for work purposes) and while on honeymoon in the US took a road trip to famous crime scenes looking for clues.
With light refreshments at 5.30pm, the opportunity to purchase books for signing will be provided by Collins Booksellers after the talk.
